My first time to try Chongqing grilled fish. We added extra mushroom and lotus root. There was plenty to eat and it was definitely tasty. Must be warned that it’s a very oily dish so if you are concerned about your heart health, better not eat too frequently. The braised pork belly was melt in your mouth tasty!
